"First class service.
We had a wood burner installed with Mark at Stove Consultant. He advised us on exactly what would be best for us. He didn’t try to sell us they most expensive option or things we didn’t need, unlike two other companies we approached.
Our burner was installed when Mark said it would be, and to the exact spec we asked for.
I have already recommended his services to friend and would have no issue recommending him to anyone."

"I had a gas fireplace supplied and installed.
We were so happy we chose to with Stove Consultant as we had several quotations. Out of all the people we felt that Stove Consultant and Mark especially was the right company/person to go with as we got the best advice.
The service was superb. Cleaned and tidied up after themselves every evening.
Had a lovely xmas in front of our new fire.
Thank you Mark and team for your brilliant service, I am happy to recommend this company anytime."

"What an amazing professional team.
Mark and his team are a real pleasure to use. They have put in two wood burning stoves for us over the last few years and you would never find a more professional team.
Their work is outstanding. We have been thrilled with their work. Mark's communications right from the first call is excellent. The care they give with installation is top rate. On both occasions the house was beautifully no dust anywhere.
The team are a joy to have in your home. After care with the chimney sweeps all done in a very professional tidy manner. My husband and I couldn’t rate Mark and his team any higher.
Well done mark and team."

"We have just moved into an older property and had a brick fireplace removed and a wood burning stove installed to replace it, by Stove Consultant.
Mark and his team were absolutely amazing from the first time we made contact with them. Quick and efficient quote and great advice from Mark who made some great recommendations for us, which we went with.
There were also some unexpected surprises along the way as our property is old, but Mark and his team overcame them all.
The team removed our old fireplace with minimal fuss and were amazingly clean and tidy. They then installed an amazing stove for us, which is beautiful. It’s the stand out feature of our lounge.
Genuinely can’t speak highly enough of Mark and his boys, a fantastic friendly service and highly recommended."

“After contacting several companies requesting a quote with no response, I was recommended Stove Consultant by a friend. I arranged for a survey and quote which was completed promptly. Installation was arranged with a lead time of 6 weeks and the team worked hard to complete the installation in a professional manner, which involved a lot of work to remove the old gas installation and dig an opening for the new burner. The installation also required fitting of a heavy wooden beam which required additional work to ensure the job was completed safely.
I am very happy with the final result and can sat that the team will go beyond what would normally be expected to ensure a good job. This was demonstrated when I needed the burner removing to allow for decoration, which was completed quickly around other commitments.
Happy to recommend Stove Consultant."

"We are delighted with the living flame gas fire Mark fitted for us.
There were a couple of issues which were resolved. The quality of workmanship and care was first rate.
We hope Mark’s business does well in the future."
S. POLHILL
"Mark from Stove Consultant knocked out an existing fireplace and installed a new woodburner.
Mark advised us from start to finish as to the design we were looking for and which woodburner to buy. Both were perfectly suited to our needs. Mark arrived promptly at the arranged time and left the house as he found it.
Would thoroughly recommend."

"Mark and his team fitted an insulated twin wall flue system for our existing wood burning stove in our three storey town house.
I have nothing but praise for his reliability, efficiency, and thoroughness, and would strongly recommend Stove Consultant for the high quality of their work, and care they take over every job, all the best for the future."
